Fractional People & Culture

When people can't work it out on their own .

A neutral outside mediator helps colleagues, teams, and leaders name what went wrong and agree on how to work together again. It is faster, cheaper, and kinder than letting a conflict turn into a resignation or a claim.

When Mediation Helps

Conflict that has stopped

being productive.

Between Colleagues

Two people whose working relationship has broken down and is affecting everyone around them.

Between a manager and their team

Trust has worn thin, feedback isn't landing, and people are starting to look elsewhere.

Among Leaders

Co-founders, executives, or board and staff who disagree on direction and need a structured way through.

The Process

Confidential, structured, and voluntary

1

Intake

We confirm mediation is the right tool, not a formal investigation.

2

Individual Conversations

Each party speaks privately with the mediator first.

3

Joint session

A facilitated conversation focused on what happens next.

4

Agreement and follow-up

A written working agreement and a check-in at 30 and 60 days.

*Some complaints, such as allegations of harassment or discrimination, may require a formal investigation. We will tell you at intake if that's the case and help you take the right path.
